Innovator’s DNA Skill Assessments

The Innovator’s DNA Assessment tools provide an assessment of your discovery, delivery, and leading innovation skills. For questions about the assessment please contact STAR360 at 801.489.1211.

The Innovator’s DNA 360 Assessment report provides a self assessment—plus an assessment from your supervisors, peers, and direct reports—of your performance on each of the skills listed above. The assessments are designed to help identify your current areas of strength and potential areas of improvement.

Your assessment will show your percentile ranking across all of the Discovery Skills and Delivery Skills (see above), as well as a percentile ranking for each Discovery and Delivery Skill. These overall scores give you an idea of whether you are more discovery-driven, delivery-driven, or balanced in terms of your personal orientation. We then suggest strategies for improvement depending on where you fall on the matrix.

You will receive The Innovator’s DNA Development Guide to assist you in analyzing your report results. The Development Guide will also provide specific behavioral suggestions to help you improve specific “Discovery,” “Delivery,” or “Leading Innovation” skills.
